The Vineyard and Orchards

Wilridge is the first and still the only certified Organic and Biodynamic Vineyard, Winery & Distillery in Washington State.  Wilridge was first certified Organic and Biodynamic in 2007 and has remained committed to these strict standards ever since.

The unique microclimate of the Naches Heights AVA, characterized by its arid conditions and minimal precipitation during the growing season, provides a natural shield against the threat of rot and pests. With little to no rain during harvest, our orchards remain resilient, ensuring the integrity of our fruit as it ripens to perfection.

Nestled within the protective embrace of the Cascade mountain range, Wilridge’s Estate Vineyard and Orchard thrives amidst the sun-kissed landscapes of the Naches Heights AVA. Our orchards, carefully tended and nurtured, benefit from over 300 days of sunshine each year, creating an ideal environment for grapevines, pear trees, apple orchards, and a variety of other fruit-bearing trees.
Water management lies at the heart of our agricultural practices, with Wilridge exercising total control over the irrigation of our vines and trees. By carefully managing water resources, we not only optimize growth and fruit quality but also minimize the need for chemical interventions, further enhancing the health and vitality of our orchards.
